About Clive Henrick
I have spent most of my life building things: software, teams, games, businesses, systems, stories, and worlds.
Some of those things were products. Some were organizations. Some were publishing systems or creative workflows. Some were ideas that took years to become real. Henrick.com is where I am bringing those threads together.
My work has moved across engineering, leadership, game design, independent publishing, and AI-assisted production. The common thread is the craft of turning uncertainty into something useful: a team that works better, a tool that removes friction, a game world people can enter, or a process that lets creative work ship.
What I care about
- Building systems that make good work repeatable.
- Engineering leadership that is practical, humane, and clear-eyed.
- Using AI as a tool for better creative and technical workflows, not as a substitute for judgment.
- Designing games, stories, and publishing structures that can grow over time.
- Helping people and teams move from idea to shipped reality.
This site will grow as a journal, project hub, and practical archive for that work.
